Show Rules and Conditions of Entry

​1.    Floral and vegetable exhibits to be staged between 3pm–6pm on FRIDAY, FEBUARY 6 or 7.30am–8.30am on SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 7. Late            entries will not be accepted for judging but may be exhibited at the Stewards’ discretion.
2.    Judging commences at 9am on SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 7. The judges' decision will be final. Awards are made on merit and the judges reserve              the right to not make an award in any category.
3.    All floral exhibits must be the property of, and be grown by the Exhibitor, except in Flower Arrangements where the exhibit MUST be designed           and arranged by the Exhibitor.
4.    Displays in the flower and foliage section (including ‘In a Container’) may not be wired for support.
5.    The Stewards will direct Exhibitors on staging and will be of assistance if needed. All exhibits MUST have a white ‘dot’ attached, showing Class
       number on top, and your exhibitor number below. See diagram below.

6.    All entries must have an exhibitor number. Exhibitor numbers can be obtained by contacting

         c.    The January 2026 Garden Club meeting (see page 8)
7.    Exhibits may not be removed until after the presentation of awards
        and prizes on Sunday, February 8, without the consent of the Stewards.
8.    All exhibits not removed by 4pm on February 8 will be disposed of.
