FLOWER & NOVELTY ARRANGEMENTS
Rules:
1. Artificial plant material may NOT be used.
2. Wiring is permitted. Plant material requiring water MUST be in water or florist foam.
3. Exhibits will be judged on originality, creative design and visual appeal and on the
condition of flowers and foliage. Please read the Show Rules and Conditions of Entry (see page 4).
